Return Policy for Chrysalis Artwork

If you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship of your Monarch chrysalis artwork, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose the carrier that best suits you. I recommend using USPS Priority Mail for reliability and tracking.

While returns are rare, they are welcomed with understanding. You would be joining a very small group, which includes one gentleman whose return was, unfortunately, tied to a breakup the day before Valentine’s Day.

Custom Orders

All t-shirts, mugs, banners, and similar products are custom printed upon order, based on your selected design, color, and size. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.

How to Measure:

      • Step 1: Lay your favorite shirt flat on a surface.
      • Step 2: Use a tape measure to measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
      • Step 3: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the shirt.
      • Step 4: Compare these measurements to our size chart to select the best size for you.

Misprints or Printing Errors

If your item arrives with a misprint or manufacturing defect, it is eligible for a free replacement. To initiate a replacement, please:

  • Contact me via email at juderose22@gmail.com.
  • Provide clear pictures of the defect. I'll be right on the other side ready to help.
